Refund & Return Policy
At RAB ZEWAR, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find a solution.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 7Â days of the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, the request must be initiated within this timeframe.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a successful return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn & Original Condition: The jewelry must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

Security Tags: Any security tags or “void if removed” labels must be intact and attached.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in the original RAB ZEWAR gift box and protective packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and the bespoke nature of our work, the following are final sale:

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are defective.

Custom/Personalized Pieces: Any items made-to-order, engraved, or customized to your specifications.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotional sale or from our “Last Chance” section.
4. The Return Process

Request: Email us at rabzewar@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Approval: Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

Shipping: Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Deductions: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact our support team immediately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your RAB ZEWAR piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and the packaging to help us resolve the issue swiftly.
Note: Natural stones and handcrafted elements may vary slightly in color or texture from the images shown on our website. These are not considered defects but rather the unique fingerprint of your jewelry.
