At RAB ZEWAR, we understand that your jewelry is more than just an accessory—it’s an investment and a statement. We take the utmost care in ensuring your pieces reach you safely, securely, and in pristine condition.
1. Order Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: Since these items are handcrafted specifically for you, please allow 21 business days for production before shipping.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer various shipping tiers to meet your needs. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Packaging & Security
To ensure the safety of your RAB ZEWAR pieces:
All items are shipped in tamper-evident packaging.
Every order is placed in our signature branded gift box, secured within a secondary shipping mailer.
High-Value Orders: Orders exceeding [Insert Amount] may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package reaches the correct hands.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
RAB ZEWAR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at rabzewar@gmail.com
Important: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We also recommend filming an “unboxing video” for high-value items to streamline any insurance claims.
